SITUATION
The property occupies a corner site on a small development on the eastern outskirts of Callington.   The Tesco supermarket is within 1/2 a mile with fairly level approach thereto and a similar approach onto the town centre beyond with the town offering a variety of facilities and leisure pursuits.   Within some 10 miles are the town’s of Tavistock, Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash, whilst the city of Plymouth is some 15 miles.
