SITUATION: Trelawney Rise is one of the most sought after residential areas of Callington, situated off Trelawney Road within a few minutes walk of the main shopping centre. Callington itself is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Tavistock and Launceston and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed to the traffic lights and turn right on to the Saltash Road. After 50 yards turn left in Trelawney Road and after another 200 yards bear right. Continue up into Trelawney Rise and bear right again. This property is then the last house on the left hand side.
