SITUATION: Bethany is situated just off South Hill Road, on the north western outskirts of Callington, yet within walking distance of the town centre. The bungalow enjoys a southerly aspect, with pleasing views. Callington is a small town situated in East Cornwall, 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston, Tavistock and Liskeard and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within easy commuting distance, via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. The surrounding area is one of great beauty, ranging from the tranquility of the Tamar Valley, to the rugged moorlands of Kit Hill and the range of Caradon Hill, on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Sporting enthusiasts will be aware that there are many sporting and recreational facilities available in and around Callington, including nearby golf courses at Launceston, Tavistock and the internationally famous St Mellion Golf Resort, which is just three miles to the south of Callington.

DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed down Church Street and turn left onto the Launceston Road. After passing the Callington School, fork left into South Hill Road. Continue past the recreation field and the private lane accessing Bethany will be seen on the right hand side, immediately after the recreation field.
