" Detached non-estate bungalow on town outskirts. In a site of approximately 150’ (45.72m) long with private rear garden and rural views. The property has three bedrooms, gas central heating and double glazing. There is a garage plus drive and additional parking.

SITUATION
The property has a south easterly aspect having views beyond Southern Road to the rural outskirts of the town. The property is within a few hundred yards of the mini-roundabout on the Saltash Road and ideally located for access to Liskeard, Tavistock, Saltash and Plymouth.

DESCRIPTION

The room is light and extremely private with two windows and glazed door to the rear garden. There are Three Bedrooms which consist of two good sized double rooms and again a generous size single bedroom and having almost immediately opposite in the hallway a Bathroom which comprises panelled bath with Mira shower fitment and folding shower screen, W.C. and wash basin, electric shaver point, wall mirror and obscure glazed window.

OUTSIDE
