SITUATION: Beech Road is a desirable residential area of Callington, situated within five minutes walking distance of the main shopping centre. Callington is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately ten miles from the larger towns of Launceston and Tavistock, and 14 miles from Plymouth City Centre, which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed to the traffic lights and turn right onto the Saltash Road.
