" Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location, close to the town centre is this 3 bedroom semi-detached family home. This property is in need of a little updating but has been very well maintained to include uPVC double glazing and gas central heating. Callington is a quaint town with a population of around 4,500 people and is situated in the heart of South East Cornwall, around 10 miles from the City of Plymouth.
