SITUATION
The property is set in a peaceful neighbourhood with access off a small cul-de-sac being within 1/2 a mile of Callington town centre and a similar distance to the Tesco superstore. Callington is within some 10 miles of the nearby town’s of Tavistock, Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash with the city of Plymouth being a further 5 miles beyond Saltash where there is also a ferry service.
