A detached bungalow in a favoured residential area within half a mile of fairly level access to the town centre. Well proportioned accommodation with gas heating and uPVC double glazing, two reception rooms, kitchen, three double bedrooms and bathroom. Detached garage, parking, shed, enclosed well maintained gardens. End of chain sale.

SITUATION
The property has access off a cul-de-sac situated at the end of the road therefore with no passing traffic and is only approximately 1/2 mile from south of the Callington town centre. The town offers the usual facilities with construction started for a new Tesco supermarket and filling station. The A30 and A38 trunk roads both within half an hours travelling distance having some 3 miles south of the town St Mellion Golf and Country Club.
