SITUATION: Westover Road is, without doubt, one of the most desirable and popular residential areas of Callington, situated on the south western side of the town, within walking distance of the main shopping centre. Callington itself is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns on Liskeard, Tavistock and Launceston, and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within commuting distance, via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed to the traffic lights and turn right, onto the Saltash Road. After 100 yards fork right, at the Primary School, into St Germans Road, and at the brow of the hill turn right into Westover Road. After another 75 yards bear right again, and this property will be found after another 100 yards, on the right hand side.
