SITUATION: Westover Road is one of the most popular and sought after residential areas of Callington, situated within walking distance of the main shopping centre and recently opened Tesco store. Callington itself is a small town situated in east Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Liskeard, Tavistock and Saltash and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed to the traffic lights and turn right onto the Saltash Road. After 100 yards fork right into St Germans Road and continue to the brow of the hill before turning right again. This property will then be found after 150 yards, on the left hand side.
