SITUATION: This property enjoys a slightly elevated position, set well back from Zaggy Lane in a non-estate location within a few minutes walk of the main shopping centre. Callington itself is a small town situated in east Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston, Tavistock and Liskeard and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash.
