SITUATION
The property lies to the west of the town being a short level walk to the town centre. The town is surrounded by unspoilt countryside being within 15 miles of the city of Plymouth, which is the major retail centre for the area together with airport, main line station and cross channel ferry service. Callington is on the A390 road whilst the A30 at Launceston is some 10 miles to the north and the A38 at Saltash a similar distance to the south. Local facilities include Primary Schools and Community College which teacher training status and specialising arts, astronomy, sport and music.
