    SITUATION
    The property is within 50 yards of Callington main street with a fairly level access to all the town centre facilities including supermarkets and health centre.    The property is conveniently situated for access onto the Launceston/Plymouth road and the Liskeard/Tavistock road. The Callington Community College is roughly 1/4 of a mile.   The St. Mellion Golf and Country Club is approximately 3 miles south of the town.
