SITUATION
The cottage fronts onto Church Street being conveniently within 100 yards of Callington main street where there are a variety of shops, nearby supermarket and a fairly level walk to a modern health centre. The protruding bay window on the ground floor allows active views up and down the street providing a light and open outlook.

DESCRIPTION
