Continue along the A30 for approx 3 miles and take the 2nd exit from town, signposted to Lifton. After coming off the sliproad take the right hand turn through Liftondown and continue towards the village of Lifton. Pass through the village of Lifton itself and just before exiting village take turning to left signposted Ind Est and Chillaton. Pass garage on right and Premier Foods on left, go over the small bridge and the lane to the right hand side which runs up beside the two cottages in front of you. Continue all the way along this road, going up the hill. Then follow the road all the way down the hill and in the final dip, 3 Yalford Cottages can be found on the right hand side. LETTINGS The property is available to rent on an initial six month Assured Shorthold Tenancy with the option to renew or extend subject to agreement. RENT;?850.00 per calendar month exclusive of all charges. DEPOSIT;?950.00 returnable at the end of the tenancy subject to any deductions.
