" A pretty two bedroom semi detached cottage believed to be one of the villages oldest properties. This early 17th Century Character Cottage has been extended by the current vendors with the addition of Breakfast Room off the kitchen - adding further living accomodation. There are two period reception rooms typical of the period it was built. On the First Floor there are two double bedrooms and family Shower Room

(used to be a bathroom). Outside there is a low maintenance courtyard garden, attached larger than average single garage and useful storage shed.

SITUATION Situated in the period heart of this most popular West Devon village, which boasts Post Office/General Store, Doctors Surgery, two hotels, public house, restaurant, petrol station, garden nursery and village primary school. The ancient market town of Launceston is 4 miles away and is the former capital of Cornwall. The town boasts a number of historical buildings including the Norman castle, Victorian Guildhall and Town Hall.
