5 Kensey Place is a mid terrace Grade II listed period cottage with garage approximately 50 yards from the property.   The property has a mains gas combi boiler heating wall mounted radiators and providing domestic hot water as required.  

5 Kensey Place is within 250 yards of the town centre of Launceston which provides a full range of
social, commercial and shopping facilities.   From the property there is good access to the A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon with Launceston enjoying a better balance of travel distance to all parts of the two counties than any other centre.   

In all directions from Launceston there is unspoilt countryside of outstanding natural beauty.  To the north the rugged North Cornish coast famed for popular family surfing beaches.  To the west the open spaces of Bodmin Moor ideal for walking and riding.  To the east is Dartmoor National Park and to the south the hidden treasures of the Tamar Valley steeped in 18th century mining history.  The city of Exeter, to the east (some 42 miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link and to the south of Launceston Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and intercity rail link.
