1 Trewint Terrace is a two storey, end of terrace, traditional cottage with one off road parking space to one side and a level area of frontage garden. The property has been discerningly renovated, fitted and redecorated and now provides attractive accommodation into which one can move with the minimum of disturbance.

The property is situated in the hamlet of Trewint alongside the A30 dual carriageway spineroad for Cornwall on the eastern fringe of Bodmin Moor.

Easy travel in all directions is facilitated by the A30 dual carriageway. To the west the pretty Cathedral town of Truro provides specialist shopping and to the east the city of Exeter (50 miles) provides Intercity Rai Link, M5 motorway link and International Airport. To the south Plymouth (33 miles) provides   Continental Ferry port and Inter City Rail Link.
