3 Long Park is an older style compact detached bungalow of rendered elevations beneath a pitched roof with slate cladding.

SITUATION 
3 Long Park is situated midway between the former market town of Launceston and the village of Tregadillett, just off the A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon.  The social, commercial and shopping facilities of Launceston town centre are within 1 ยฝ miles and in the opposite direction is the village of Tregadillett which provides popular public house, primary school, pre-school, chapel and community centre.

The A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon provides a better balance of travel for the Launceston area to all parts of the two counties than any other centre.  

East of Launceston Exeter (some 42 miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link.  To the south of Launceston Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and intercity rail link.
 
In all directions from Launceston there is unspoilt countryside of outstanding natural beauty.  To the north the rugged North Cornish coast famed for popular family surfing beaches.  To the west the open spaces of Bodmin Moor ideal for walking and riding.  To the east is Dartmoor National Park and to the south the hidden treasures of the Tamar Valley steeped in 17th / 18th century mining history.
