SITUATION
The property occupies a central plot within the popular development of St Johns Road. The plot is level and there is easy access to St Catherines Primary School, the social, commercial and shopping facilities of Launceston town centre and the A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon via Pennygillam roundabout.

The property is within easy walking distance of major centres of employment including the town centre, Pennygillam Industrial Estate and Scarne.
