" The property is the end one in a terrace of six moorland cottages which have unrivalled views to the south west overlooking the Cornish countryside as far as St. Austell. There are fields to the side and moorland to the rear of the gardens. The accommodation currently offers a downstairs shower room, small kitchen, dining area and lounge with three bedrooms on the first floor. There is however planning to extend to a four bedroom property including en-suite. The property is double glazed and there is a Rayburn supplying the hot water system. Externally there is a drive with ample parking, large detached garage, gardens to the front and rear extending right back to the moor and have two small storage sheds. 

The property is situated by the side of a country lane approximately 7 miles from the market town of Liskeard. The nearest village is St. Neot which is a highly sought after village not only for its picturesque setting, but also for its community spirit.   Although close to Bodmin Moor the village is sheltered within the Lovenny River Valley, a tributary of the river Fowey.  St. Neot’s amenities include an historic church, renowned world wide for its stained glass windows, Methodist Chapel, general store and post office, local inn, primary school and social club.   
The market town of Liskeard offers a wider range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities including a leisure centre, there is a mainline railway station to London and all points north. The area around Liskeard is well known for its natural beauty changing from open moor to the north and wooded valleys to the south leading to the Cornish coast which is approximately 14 miles distance. 
The city of Plymouth lies within commuting distance and has a theatre, multiplex cinema and ferry port to the continent. Bodmin town is approximately 8 miles away and also has a mixture of retail and sporting facilities.
