" A Grade II listed detached cottage sitting alongside West Street and all but opposite Westbourne House, enjoying a level approach to Liskeard town centre. The accommodation is currently occupied by a firm of accountants but would easily revert back to residential accommodation (business is unaffected).

SITUATION
Liskeard is a thriving market town and generally known as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall. Liskeard offers an excellent range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, including a sports centre with heated indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts.
