FAC are delighted to present this spacious double fronted 1930s detached family home with three good sized double bedrooms.The property has a really homely feel and retains many lovely features such as bay windows, original internal doors and picture rails whilst also providing state of the art solar powered heaters, double glazing, gas fired central heating, a large rear conservatory, parking and a garage. From the front entrance porch, there are doors off to the Dining Room and Living Room. Both rooms have lovely large bay windows. The Dining Room houses a gas fired AGA and leads into a Kitchen with wall mounted units, a built in gas hob and pantry. There is a small conservatory with a ground floor WC and access to the rear garden.The Lounge has a tiled hearth and electric wood burner. This leads into a Study which in turn leads into a wonderfully large conservatory and access to the rear garden.
