SITUATION: Glen Park is a modern development situated at the western edge of Pensilva, within walking distance of local village amenities. Pensilva itself is a friendly village situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor, approximately 6 miles from Callington, 5 miles from the market town of Liskeard and 20 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. There good local facilities in Pensilva, including local shop, primary school of repute, village inn and medical centre. The larger towns of Liskeard and Callington cater for most other day to day needs. The moors of Caradon are within walking distance, providing excellent dog walks, local landmarks of historic interest and panoramic views. There are also many sporting and recreational facilities available in and around Pensilva, as well as nearby golf courses at Launceston and St Mellion.

DIRECTIONS: Upon entering Pensilva from the St Ive direction, proceed up through the village, and the entrance to Glen Park will be seen at the top of the village on the left hand side. There is an information board on this junction, giving details of the layout of the development.

DESCRIPTION: The property comprises a semi-detached bungalow which is believed to have been built in the 1970's of traditional construction. The bungalow occupies a corner plot, and there are gardens to the front, side and rear, together with a single garage.
