" The property is a semi-detached three bedroom house which has been in the same family for at least 60 years. It has recently been redecorated and a new kitchen and bathroom has been fitted. The property is entered by the front porch or by the side garden into the kitchen / breakfast room, there are two reception rooms to the front, one of which has a open fireplace. To the rear there is a courtyard and wood store. The main feature of this property is the location down a small country lane in a quiet area to the south of the village, but within walking distance to the centre. The property faces south west so benefits from the sun most of the day and from the top of the paddock there are extensive views over the surrounding Cornish countryside. There is a good size garage which has room for storage as well, parking to the front and the gardens extend to the rear of the property where there is a workshop, greenhouse and a large shed for storage. The small paddock would be suitable for small animals or poultry and is currently just a large grass area.

DIRECTIONS 
From Kivells office in Liskeard drive up through The Parade passing Barclays Bank and carry along the road to two mini-roundabouts by the school on your left. Take the left hand turning signposted Pensilva and continue along this road until you pass over the cattle grid onto the moor. Continue up the road until you see the right hand turning for Pensilva. Enter the village and proceed through passing the shop until you come to the Millennium Centre on the left hand side and a disused Renault garage on the right. Take the right hand turning. At the bottom by a small public car park take the right hand bend, proceed along this road for a few hundred yards turning left signposted Shute Lane. Pass the retirement bungalows on the left hand side, DO NOT take the first left turning, but continue past and Redcot will be down on the left hand side indentified by a Kivells for sale board.
