Pensilva is a popular moorland village with public house, general store and post office, health centre, junior school and Millenium centre.The nearby market town of Liskeard is approximately 4 miles and is generally known as the administrative centre of south east Cornwall and offers a wide range of shopping, recreational and educational facilities together with a mainline railway station and branch line to the fishing town of Looe.The city of Plymouth lies within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge.

Continue along this road for several miles and over the cattle grid across the moor. Take the next right turning into the village of Pensilva and follow the road.Before reaching the centre of the village take the second right hand turning into Glen Park.Follow the road down into Lower Glen Park which bends around to the left where the property will be found a short distance on the left hand side and can be identified by a Kivells for sale board.
