" A three bedroom semi-detached townhouse situated on a modern estate in Liskeard. The property benefits from wooden double glazed windows, three bedrooms, kitchen/diner and lounge integral garage and enclosed rear garden. Offered with no chain.

SITUATION
Liskeard offers a range of retail, leisure and education facilities with a supermarket located just on the outskirts of town. The A38 trunk road is a short drive and gives access to Plymouth to the East and leads on into mid or west Cornwall in the other direction. The delightful coastal town of Looe is situated just 8 miles to the south of Liskeard, and offers a range of pubs, restaurants and a sandy beach, there are also many beautiful coastal villages on the South Coast. For recreation there are numerous golf courses such as at Bindown near Looe and the internationally renowned St Mellion which has two 18-hole courses. Coastal sailing, sea fishing and other water sports are available from Looe whilst Colliford and Siblyback reservoirs offer fishing and further water sports. For walking and riding, Bodmin Moor is just a short distance from Liskeard and offers miles of beautiful scenery.
