" An ideal investment opportunity or first time buy with this two bedroom terraced cottage situated on the outskirts of the town centre of Liskeard. THE PARTICULARS

SITUATION
Liskeard is a thriving market town and generally known as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall. Liskeard offers an excellent range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, including a sports centre with heated indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts. There is a main line railway station with branch line to the fishing town of Looe. The city of Plymouth lies within commuting distance. Sporting facilities in the area are numerous. There is the sports centre in Liskeard with squash, badminton and tennis courts, indoor bowls, indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, etc. Golf course at Bindown, near Looe and at the internationally renowned golf course at St Mellion with its two 18 hole golf courses. Salmon and trout fishing is available on local rivers by joining the local angling club with rainbow trout on Siblyback and Colliford Reservoirs. Siblyback also boasts a popular water sports facility.
