Location Lanhael House is set within approximately one acre

Polperro and enjoys totally un-obstructive views of the surrounding
wooded valley and rolling countryside. Polperro's working harbour
supports a small fishing fleet, while the sheltered waters beyond
the harbour provides a temporary haven for visiting yachts.
Polperro is one of the most picturesque coastal villages in
Cornwall with its deep sided valleys and a myriad of colour washed
cottages. The River Pol runs centrally down through the village
surrounded by the variety of bridges and cottages. There are
numerous small shops, pubs, restaurants and art galleries providing
all year round interest while there are also many seasonal
facilities. Access into Polperro is limited with most vehicles
parking on the edge of the village with the shuttle service by mini
bus into the centre.
. 5 The nearby town of Looe, approximately four miles
distance, provides a further range of facilities and a small branch
line railway station leading into Liskeard. Liskeard itself is
approximately ten miles to the north. Access to Plymouth is via the
A38 and the Tamar Bridge with an average travelling time of 45
minutes by road. The Cornwall south coast path runs close to the
property giving access to many parts of this largely National Trust
owned coastline.

Directions Upon entering the village of Polperro proceed

passing the entrance to the main car park turn right at the
roundabout signposted Lansallos. After approximately 50 yards
