" Situated on the edge of the village of Pelynt, this landmark detached residence is set in a generous garden and provides versatile three bedroom accommodation. Steeped in history and with character features the property was formerly a chapel that was converted to a house in 1948 and has since been extended an updated by its present owners. To the rear and side it adjoins open fields and farmland and from these elevations there are far reaching views over the countryside towards Dartmoor. The accommodation is on two floors and entered at the front via a central door with arched feature. This leads into the hall where stairs rise to the first floor and doors lead off to the lounge and kitchendiner. The lounge is dual aspect with a woodburner set into a feature fireplace. The kitchendiner is dual aspect, well fitted and extends the depth of the property. A door from here opens into an inner hall with further doors off to wc, officeground floor bedroom and a sun room with doors to the garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, dressing roombedroom and a family bathroom complete with large shower area and a separate jacuzzi bath.
