" Built in the late 1960`s, this is a spacious detached bungalow in a sought after location within the village close to the local amenities. Offered for sale with the benefit of no onward chain the bungalow is set well back from the road with a generous frontage and a rear garden that is relatively level and adjoins farmland. Internally the accommodation could possibly benefit from a little updating however it does have the advantage of oil central heating and uPVC double glazed windows and external doors. The accommodation currently comprises; a large internal porch which opens into a spacious hall, here arched openings provide access into the dining room and the lounge. The latter is to the front and has a picture window that affords some countryside views. Both bedrooms are double in size with one situated to the front and the other to the rear, the front bedroom has some fitted furniture. The main shower room is a wet room and the kitchen is fitted with a range of cream units with built in double oven, hob and fridge. There is also space and plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. Off the kitchen and to the side is a useful utility area with door to the garden and cupboards, one of which conceals the central heating boiler. A door opens into what was originally the garage but the rear half of this has been converted into a hall with shower room, a door then opens into the remainder of the garage which may still suit a small car or can be used as a workshop.
