" Occupying an idyllic location between Looe and Polperro this magnificent, detached house is set in large gardens and enjoys a countryside outlook as well as distant views across Talland Bay and out to sea. Extensively refurbished, redesigned, and extended approximately six years ago the property now offers extremely spacious and thoughtfully planned accommodation that is well appointed throughout. Externally, the gardens extend to just under an acre and these are to the front and rear but predominately to the side. Once inside the property, you immediately get the feeling you are not just walking into another house but something rather special.
