" A rare opportunity to acquire a detached two bedroom bungalow on West Looe Hill, close to the local shops and within easy reach of the harbour. Having been occupied as a main home for many years the property is in good decorative order throughout and is offered for sale with vacant possession and no onward chain. Set well back from the road it enjoys gardens on three sides with the access path being on the other side. On entering the bungalow from the storm porch, it has an open, light feel with a generous kitchendiner to your left and a sitting room to the right, both having doors to the outside. From the sitting room a small inner passage has doors off to the bathroom and two double bedrooms. Between the sitting room and the kitchendiner, stairs lead up to the first floor converted roof space and this provides further useful accommodation that could be utilised as a bedroom, study, hobby room, etc. Gas central heating to radiators has been installed as have uPVC double glazed windows to the ground floor. The first floor has both uPVC double glazed windows and a velux double glazed window. The property does not contain mundic block however it is of solid 6` concrete block construction that is dry lined internally and some lenders may not consider this suitable security for a mortgage.

Directions
From our office proceed across the bridge into West Looe and take the first left. Continue along the river and take the first right. On reaching the Spar turn right into the bottom of West Looe Hill. Follow the road up the hill for a couple of hundred yards and Applecote can be found on your left. A gated path leads up to the property. As there is no parking on West Looe Hill we would suggest that those travelling by car, park on the Quay (pay and display) and walk up to the property.
