" This property is located on the outskirts of the historic fishing and holiday village of Polperro along the South Cornish coast. Polperro has a working harbour and an array of quaint streets, restaurants and smuggling history. The location of this property is such that the South Cornish coast is easily accessible offering an array of aquatic pursuits and many safe beaches.    

The popular town of Looe is approximately 3 miles distant offering a more extensive array of facilities including doctors surgery, primary and secondary education, branch railway line to Liskeard and a good shopping centre. 

DESCRIPTION  
This property affords a modern detached dwelling which was completed in June 2014 in one of the most popular residential areas along the South Cornish coast. The property offers spacious accommodation throughout set on two floors and briefly comprises open porch, hall, cloakroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Externally there are two brick paved car parking spaces to the front of the property with a slate gravelled area adjacent. There is a brick paved drive to the front of the property giving ample parking for two cars. There is a gravelled slate area directly adjacent. On either gable end elevations there are wooden doors giving access to a brick path with granite steps and a further path on the opposite side with slate chippings leading to the rear decked area. To the rear of the property is an extensive decked area with wood steps leading to the lower level within which there is a wooden Garden Shed and Eco paved sets.

DIRECTIONS
From the roundabout at Polperro near the Crumplehorn public house take the road towards Looe. After approximately a mile at the top of the hill bear right where signposted to β€˜Killigarth’. Proceed along this road and Coolbeg Close will be found on the left hand side.    

From Looe take the road signposted to Polperro and before the road that drops into the village bear left towards Killigarth. The property will then be found on the left hand side.
