" Occupying a slightly elevated position in West Looe, this four bedroom end of terrace house enjoys enviable views over the harbour, estuary and out to sea. Situated close to the small shops that can be found on West Looe Hill and just a short distance from the town centre and main beach on East Looe the property is ideally placed for those seeking either a main or second home. Approached over a zig zig path from North Road, the property stands at the end of a terrace of five with a three tier decked garden to the front that has been finished with glass balustrades so as not to interrupt the panoramic views. On entering the accommodation, which is over three floors, you will find a hall with stairs leading up to the first floor, lounge with patio doors to the front, dining room which is open to the lounge and a kitchen that extends the full width of the house. The first floor provides two generous bedrooms and a spacious shower room and on the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Outside and at the rear of the property there is a terraced courtyard garden.The property enjoys gas central heating and the majority of windows are uPVC double glazed. We would strongly recommend a viewing of this property so as to appreciate the views which are some of the finest available and its proximity to all Looe has to offer.

From our office proceed over the bridge into West Looe and turn immediately left. Follow the road with the river on your left, proceed past the Portbyhan Hotel and take the second right into West Looe Square. Proceed past the Fire Station and into Princess Square, take the second right into North Road and the property can be found on your left just after the first terrace of cottages. Proceed up the path, the property is the end house on the right of the terrace of five. As the property does not have parking we would suggest those driving park in the pay and display on the Quay prior to turning into West Looe Square.
