" Affording beautiful views over the town,harbour and sea, this character cottage is an excellent opportunity for those searching for a holiday/second home or even a cosy main residence. The property can be found off West Looe Hill on Chapel Ground, a unique stepped hill that leads up to the picturesque West Looe Downs. The cottage is three storey and comprises - lounge and kitchen on the ground floor, the main bedroom and shower room on the first floor and two bedrooms on the top floor. There is a small courtyard at the rear with a utility shed and a small roof terrace just off the landing on the first floor where one can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is also a paved path to the front that has a shared access with the neighbouring property. The local amenities of West Looe and the fishing Quay are within walking distance as is the town centre in East Looe and the sheltered sandy beach.
