" Situated within walking distance of the shops, beach, station and schools this three bedroom semi detached house occupies a perfect position for families or those seeking a convenient location within the town. Offered for sale with the benefit of no onward chain the property is in a slightly elevated position and therefore enjoys fine views towards the river and the distant countryside. At the end of a private cul de sac the house is approached over a small flight of steps and path, this leads through the enclosed front garden to the entrance door and continues around the side of the dwelling to the rear garden.
