" Refurbished and updated in recent years this two bedroom terraced house is situated midway between the Barbican and the Town and therefore ideally placed for access to the beaches, shops, schools and all Looe has to offer. As part of the refurbishment, the layout has been altered to that of an inverted design, this was carried out so as to take full advantage of the far reaching views which take in parts of the river, the Millpool, Kilminorth Woods and the surrounding countryside. Well presented throughout, the accommodation is entered on the ground floor where you will find two double bedrooms, hall with door to the rear and a beautifully fitted shower room which is extremely spacious and has a large shower, wc and wash basin. The first floor is of an open plan design and incorporates the kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is new and fitted with a contemporary range of units that are complimented by appliances such as a dishwasher, wine chiller, oven, hob and microwave. The living space is extremely light and welcoming and has two large tilt and turn uPVC double glazed windows which open to reveal Juliet balconies. It is from here that you can enjoy the stunning views and watch the sun as it sets over West Looe. To one corner of the room a further staircase leads up to the loft which lends itself to conversion into another bedroom, subject to obtaining the necessary permissions, as this already has a radiator in place and a roof window. Alternatively it would make perfect storage or a study. Outside the property there is a small elevated garden to the rear which could be landscaped and a decked seating area to the front from where the panoramic views can be enjoyed. The property is situated in Elm Tree Road, a private road with limited parking available therefore on first viewing we would strongly advise that you proceed on foot. From our office there are several ways you can access the property one of which is to walk towards the beach and take the first left in front of `Seasalt`, into Shutta Road. Follow this up the hill, past the Book Shop and continue until to reach a turning on your right which is North Road. Turn right into North Road and this will bear right into Elm Tree Road where the property can be found just a short distance on your left.
