" Situated in an elevated position overlooking the river, harbour and surrounding countryside you will find this extremely spacious terraced house that was built in the early 1900`s. The accommodation is over two floors and boasts gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and briefly comprises; entrance porch, hall with stairs to the first floor, lounge with bay window to the front and opening through to dining room, fitted kitchen with door to rear courtyard. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, the larger one being to the front and extending the full width of the property. A modern shower room can also be found on the first floor as can the landing with access to the loft. Outside the property there is a decked patio to the front from where you can enjoy the stunning views. To the rear there is an enclosed courtyard with utility shed to one side, this currently serves as as utility with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble drier. Beyond the courtyard, steps lead up to a further garden which is uncultivated but does have the benefit of superb views. The property lends itself to all residential uses and must be seen to fully appreciate the size of the accommodation and the views.

When viewing we would strongly advise that you park in one of the car parks and proceed on foot. From our office you can either walk down the main street towards the beach and turn left just in front of SeaSalt, this will take you into Shutta Road where the property can then be found towards the end on your right. Alternatively you can proceed towards the station and turn right by The Globe Public House and then right again, follow this up the hill and take first right into Shutta Road where the property can be found a short way along on your left.
