" Colloggett is a charming south facing hamlet nestled on the side of Kingsmill Creek. 'Colloggett House' was a former Duchy farmhouse, which was built at the turn of the last century. Commanding a position at the head of the creek, with direct views across the water and down the river towards Saltash and the China Fleet Club, Colloggett is tucked away at the end of a country lane and benefitting from what can only be described as a 'countryside cul-de-sac'. Positioned with two other residential properties (former barns and a farmhouse), there is a quaint duck pond to one side as you drive in on your approach to this fantastic location. This charming attached family home must be viewed internally to be fully appreciated due to its unique design and layout. On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting room with access to the utility room/cloakroom/w.c. and inner courtyard area.
