" Situated within the small riverside hamlet of Forder in a conservation area and an area of outstanding natural beauty you will find this lovely cottage which would make a beautiful home for a professional couple or someone looking to down size to an idyllic and peaceful spot. There is an abundance of features to this property, with the most obvious being the water views which are located immediately to the front of the property. The cottage was purchased several years ago and during that time it has been extensively enhanced by the current owners. The pretty front porch is a welcoming entrance to the property and offers a spot for coats and shoes. The stunning lounge offers a lovely spot to retreat to on a cold winter`s night and snuggle up in front of the feature multi fuel burner. There is an opening to the kitchen which has been lovingly replaced with bespoke solid units and a quality worktop. There is access out to the rear garden and stairs rise to the first floor. There is a double bedroom with storage cupboards and a beautiful four piece bathroom. There is an out building which serves as a utility/workshop. South East Cornwall boasts many waterside villages such as St Germans and Cargreen, all within easy commuting distance to Saltash and the city of Plymouth. Outside
The rear garden located up some steps offers a private spot to enjoy the summer sun with friends. Its a lovely secluded yet low maintenance area to sit and enjoy the peace. There is an outside tap and light.The front garden is also another pretty space enclosed with a low stone wall and pretty gate. There is an area primed for sitting down of an evening with a glass of wine taking in this beautiful and tranquil spot. There is parking available opposite that can be used for one car.

Directions
From the Tamar Bridge, take the slip road signposted to Saltash. At the traffic lights stay in the left hand lane and proceed up Fore Street, at the top take the left hand fork into St Stephens Road. Proceed along this road and after the mini roundabout take the left fork which is a continuation of St Stephens Road, follow through the one way system going straight ahead and down the hill, just after St Stephens Church turn left and follow the road down St Stephens Hill into Forder. Turn left at the bottom of the lane, Riverside Cottages can be found on the left.
