SITUATION The property is situated in the historic fishing village of Kingsand, which is on the Rame Peninsula opposite Plymouth Sound in South East Cornwall, an area known locally as "Cornwall's Forgotten Corner". The village has local shopping facilities with hotels, pubs and guesthouses and is very popular for holiday retreats and has a very active local community. The obvious attraction is it's location, with panoramic views across the bay. There is a sailing club in Cawsand and the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park adjoins the village. In the summer a passenger ferry links to Plymouth.

DIRECTIONS On reaching Kingsand from Torpoint, fork left for the village and go down Fore Street to the bottom. Little lane leads off to the left.

Because of the parking restrictions in the village, it is best to use "Skinners" car park at the bottom of Fore Street and then walk to the house, which is just a short distance away.


DESCRIPTION This cottage is semi-detached and enjoys panoramic views across the bay and also has easy access onto the beach. Facing south, the view aspects can be experienced from the upper floor. The walls are of stone with a tile roof.
