" A Victorian semi detached villa, beautifully restored, set back from the road, and with walled rear garden and garage. 2 receptions, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gardens, garage.

LOCATION The property is set within the Stoke Conservation Area which includes many of Plymouth's most architecturally important buildings, dominated by the architect John Foulston. The many amenities of Stoke Village are only a short walk away, providing a wide range of local facilities. The partly tree lined setting is most attractive, with the house set well back from the road behind its own long front garden and railings. To one side of the property the aspect extends over a deep, restricted speed, railway cutting, which forms a haven for wildlife and a most attractive aspect. DESCRIPTION The elegant semi detached bay fronted house is thought to date from about 1864, arranged over three floors and has been carefully and most attractively restored by the present owner over recent years. The interior boasts retained cornices, picture rails, architraves, a fine balustraded staircase rising up through the full height of the building, and stripped wood doors. A large kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the good size rear garden which in turn leads to the garage which is accessed from the side road. The restoration has been carried out with diligence and enthusiasm making this a remarkably bright and welcoming house, full of interest and now to a contemporary specification.
