" 'Albemarle Villas' is without a doubt one of the most desirable and sought after addresses within the City, and comprises a row of eight fine detached Georgian residences built by the famous architect 'Foulston'. '5 Albemarle Villas' is a Grade II listed property which enjoys a delightful open aspect as well as views of Mount Edgcumbe and Cornwall. Situated within the Stoke Damerel Conservation Area, the excellent range of local facilities include the nearby Stoke Village, Plymouth Albion RFC Complex at Brickfields, Devonport High School for Boys and regular public transport to the City Centre which approximately one mile distant. The accommodation has many classical early 19th Century architectural features including ornate mouldings, hardwood floors and various fireplaces. The well proportioned and spacious accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of an entrance hallway with moulded ceilings, a sitting room and dining room each with a feature fireplace and with multi-paned doors leading to the front, south and west facing gardens and the veranda.
