" This a beautiful three bedroom link-detached house in Gleneagles Village, minutes from the world renowned Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort. The house is situated on a corner plot and is decorated in neutral colours and is immaculate. Ground Floor: Reception Hall, Lounge, Sun Lounge, Kitchen, Dining Room, Cloakroom Upper Floor: 3 Double bedrooms, Family bathroom.

Lounge 6.5 x 3.8 (21'4' x 12'6') Large lounge with an open plan sun lounge at one end of the room, and French doors at the other end of the room which open out on to the garden. This room can be entered from the reception hall and the kitchen by 15 pane glazed doors. The ceiling is corniced and there are two ceiling lights. Warmth is provided by three electric wall heaters. There is a TV point in this room. The floor is carpeted. Ample room for free -standing furniture. A lovely room for entertaining guests! Reception Hall 2.6 x 6.2 (8'6' x 20'4') A bright and welcoming reception hall, entered by a double- glazed door with opaque side panel. A window overlooks the front drive. Doors lead to the following rooms, Lounge, Cloakroom and the kitchen. A stairway leads to the upper level. One electric wall- heater. Down-lights and one ceiling light. Carpet flooring. Doors lead to the lounge and reception hall. Dining Room This room is open plan to the kitchen and also has French doors leading out to the garden. The floor is laid to carpet and the ceiling has down-lights. A bright room for dining in! Stair & Upper Landing 1.2 x 4.1 (3'11' x 13'5') A carpeted wood stair leads to the upper landing which is also carpeted. The upper landing has a window allowing in natural day light.
