" 41 Strathspey Drive is a bright & spacious bungalow of over 100m2 and is sold in excellent condition. The property was built in the mid 1980's by the award winning local firm of McLeod Builders who are still successfully trading to this day. The present owner has upgraded and modernised the property which includes adding a utility extension. Generous window coverage allows plentiful natural daylight and the excellent room sizes promote a spacious living experience. All 3 bedrooms have double built-in wardrobes.
