SUMMARY
This very well presented mid row house is set in the popular village of Wittering. The accommodation comprises of Entrance Hall, Living Room, Conservatory, Kitchen, Two Double Bedrooms and newly fitted Bathroom. The house is double glazed, Gardens to the rear and front plus off road parking.

Wittering is on the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire border. It is located with the A1 on one side and the A47 on the other. Wittering has a Spar shop and post office. There is also a new hairdressers and barbers called V&A opposite the post office on Townsend Road. Wittering is the home of RAF wittering, the village comprises of a mix of Forces personnel and private residents.
There is a bus service that runs between Wittering and Peterborough. Wittering is around 4 miles from the town centre of Stamford which is a picturesque market town dating back to medevel times with a raft of 17th &18th centuary buildings.
