" Sowerbys are delighted to offer a modern (1995) executive family home in Downham Market, a popular and well-appointed town with main train line from King's Lynn to Ely, Cambridge and London. The station is an easy cycle away at under 1.5 miles and less than a minutes' drive. First hand viewing of the location is recommended as the house has a private position on a very pleasant development constructed by one the most well-known local building firms in the area. The property has been significantly further improved by the owners who have owned the house since new with the addition of a superb, partially Iroko framed external home office and a bespoke stained hardwood garden room.

The property has a good location within the town just off London Road within walking distance of the town's amenities and a vast array of shops and leisure centre. The property is constructed in a classic Georgian style of five bays over two storey and the internal accommodation is impressive. There is a reception hallway, sitting room with fireplace and double doors to the bespoke garden room which has been beautifully constructed from Iroko hardwood with oak flooring. Next is the dining room which is partially open-plan to the kitchen with handmade oak units and a utility room also. Lastly, the study and WC complete the ground floor. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and family bathroom, the master having an en-suite shower room. Special attention should be paid to the excellent layout of the first floor which feels very spacious having a staircase that rises centrally to a gallery landing.

Outside the property is part of a small cul-de-sac of three houses, there is a tarmac driveway, double garage and the home office is attached here. This stunning piece of contemporary design sits beautifully and can suit a variety of uses to any new owner. At the rear is an enclosed lawned garden with vegetable plot at the rear. We urge first hand viewing to gain a full appreciation of everything the house offers and also there is no upward chain. Heating is gas from a modern boiler which has been serviced annually and windows are sealed unit PVCu in an attractive sash style.
