" An amazing true country cottage bursting with character and dating back several hundred years. This cosy home offers every character feature you could wish for, with wall and ceiling beams, open fireplaces, secret cupboards, old fashioned 'Jotul' stove, old latch style doors, sliding sash windows, exposed brickwork.... and the list goes on. Modern improvements such as gas central heating don't spoil any of the charm. The accommodation includes an entrance porch, leading to the hall which in turn leads to either the kitchen (with a little pantry) or through to the dining room with its open fire. Leading on from the dining room, through a lobby to the sitting room with another fireplace with a cast iron stove. The bathroom is then accessed from either this sitting room or the far end of the kitchen, linking the ground floor up. Outside there is a driveway/parking to the side and a modest sized low maintenance rear garden. The cottage is positioned on a small back lane within the pretty village of Candlesby, with easy access to the small market town of Spilsby or the popular seaside resort of Skegness.
