" We are delighted to offer for sale a very rare opportunity to purchase a five bedroom period property in one of St Neots most sought after town centre locations. This deceptively spacious family home is within walking distance of St Neots mainline station, St Neots town centre with restaurants and all other amenities and gives easy access all major road links. Also within close proximity of Priory Infants / Junior School and Longsands Acadamy. Comprising spacious entrance hallway, two reception rooms, open plan kitchen / dining / conservatory, utility room, cloakroom, five bedrooms and family bathroom. Externally enclosed rear garden with forecourt garden to front.

Our family have lived in this Victorian property for just over 20 years. We believe the property was built in 1890. We were initially attracted to its lovely high ceilings, original features and large open kitchen which is great for entertaining friends and family. Avenue Road itself offers many different style properties from a similar era making it one of the most interesting and sought after areas in the town.

The south facing garden includes a large patio and lawn area with mature trees making it very secluded and peaceful.

Avenue Road is within a few minutes walking distance of the local primary, junior and senior schools, each of which our daughters have attended over the years and were very happy.

There are many local amenities all within a 10 ? 15 walking distance including a 6 screen cinema, lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes, 2 beautiful parks, one on the river and the local railway station which provides a quick link to London with the quickest connection being 40 minutes to Kings Cross.

This has been a much loved and happy family home and one we will sadly miss but as our girls have moved on it?s time for us to do the same. We truly hope someone will be as happy as we have been over the years.
